Home and Phone Consultations

We may ask you to fill out a questionnaire about the behavior concern before the home visit or phone call.

Consultations include:

  • an extensive interview, getting a history of your cat and the behavior concern, observing your cat in the home environment
  • immediate constructive and comprehensive advice on working with the problem behavior(s)
  • a written treatment plan including assessment and behavior modification suggestions
  • follow up phone calls or emails to track progress and offer additional assistance.

The home consultation lasts between 60 and 90 minutes.

A phone consultation may vary in length (typically around 60 minutes) depending on the extent of the behavior concern.

Home consultation fee: $125

Phone consultation fee: $60 for the first hour, $15 each additional 15 min.

Please note that we may charge a travel fee for areas outside of San Francisco, Berkeley, Oakland and Richmond. Call us for more information.
